Summer 2024
GCSE
- 73.4% of grades achieved were grades 7 to 9 or top grades at GCSE (A/A* equivalent).
- 100% Basics Standard Pass, which is the percentage of students achieving grades 9-4 in both English and mathematics
- 98% Basics Strong Pass, which is the percentage of students achieving 9-5 in both English and mathematics.
- Attainment 8: 75.3 (grade 7 average), which is our students average total point score across a suite of 8 qualifying subjects.
- Progress 8: +0.72, A progress score shown as a proportion of a grade. The average grade our students achieved (Attainment 8) compared with students nationally who had a similar starting point (prior attainment) at the end of primary school. A Progress 8 score of +0.72 indicates that on average, our students achieved about ¾ of a grade higher than similar students nationally. This calculation is based on comparisons with 2023 national benchmarks and will be updated when 2024 national data is made available.

- 87% of the Year 11 cohort were entered for the English Baccalaureate meaning they studied at least English, mathematics, History or Geography, a modern foreign language and the sciences.
- 86% English Baccalaureate Standard Pass, which is the percentage of students achieving 9-4 in English, mathematics, a humanities (History or Geography), a modern foreign language and the sciences.
- 78.5% English Baccalaureate Strong Pass, which is the percentage of students achieving 9-5 in English, mathematics, a humanities (History or Geography), a modern foreign language and the sciences.
