Both the AS and the A Level are divided into a mandatory Further Core Pure component and a variety of options. Further Mathematics will extend the skills learnt in the full A Level Mathematics course. The content for Further Core Pure (A Level) extends the content of Further Core Pure (AS). All components are assessed in the summer via a written examination. Students cannot certify for an A Level and AS Level in the same examination period. |
