Sports Days years 7 - 10 Results
Here is a summary of a project some of our students have been working on as part of the European Parliament Ambassador School programme (EPAS). One of their tasks was to share what they have done through our school website and social media.
On Friday, Year 10 students competed in the National Enterprise Challenge in partnership with NatWest. The brief was 'to identify an issue that affects you, your school, your local community or the region where you live and develop an idea for an innovative new product or service that would help to address, resolve or reduce this issue'.
Year 10 did fantastic work throughout the day. They worked incredibly hard in their teams addressing a very broad range of issues and showcased skills in communication, teamwork, initiative, problem-solving, organisation, leadership, creativity, and presentation skills.
Well done Year 10. The winning team ' Pangea ' from 10K will go on to compete in the National Virtual Finals on the 15th of July.
A couple of new displays have appeared in our entrance hall. Year 10 clay sculptures inspired by artist Paula Downing and landscape inspired Collograph prints completed by year 8 students.
