Welcome to the 11+ Registration page for applications to either DHSG or PHSG for September 2026 entry.

Please click the link below, to access the form to apply for your daughter to sit the two 11+ examinations in September 2025 at either Devonport High School for Girls or Plymouth High School for Girls (you indicate your preference for the venue in the form). This will ensure you are eligible to apply for a place at either DHSG or PHSG, or both for September 2026 entry.

The dates of the two 11+ examinations are Saturday 13 September 2025 and Saturday 20 September 2025. You must ensure your daughter is available on both days to sit the tests. Please get in contact with the school you wish to sit the tests at if this is a problem.

There is no cost to sit this test.

The closing date for filling in this form will be 31 August 2025, 12 noon.
