It is lovely to meet our new Year 7s and see everyone looking refreshed after the summer. Listening to student accounts of their holidays I was particularly impressed by the resilience and determination shown by keen cyclist and Year 10 student Harriet. She cycled 500 miles over 10 days in Europe with her father through France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Switzerland. On the last day they cycled 83 miles and climbed over 400 feet!
