The DHSG student executive accompanied by Dr Morris attended the ceremony in Plymouth for the unveiling of the statue to Nancy Astor, the first woman to take her seat in the House of Commons.

Theresa May who unveiled the statue and Luke Pollard took time to talk to our students at the event. The statue is positioned outside the former home of Lady Astor on the Hoe.
